Printed job cards, tracked live

Print the job card. Know where every job is.

Fabricata Flow prints a proper job card for every job, with its stages, sign-off boxes and a QR code, and keeps one live view of the workshop: the stage each job is at, who is on it and what is holding it up.

The questions every shift starts with

Answered before anyone has to ask

Most workshops run on job cards in a tray, a whiteboard and a lot of walking around. Flow keeps the paper job card your people already trust, and adds the view the office never had.

Where is job 214?

Every job shows the stage it is at and a stage rail you can read in a second.

Who is on it?

Each stage has a person. Operators see their own work the moment they sign in.

What is late?

Overdue and due-this-week jobs are at the top of the dashboard, not buried in a file.

What is stuck?

A blocked stage carries its reason, and the person responsible is told straight away.

How it works

Create. Assign. Work. Track. Complete.

The same route a job already takes through your workshop, recorded as it happens.

  1. 1

    Create and print

Open a job for a customer or project. Its stages come from your workflow, and its A4 job card prints in one click, ready for the folder.

  2. 2

    Assign

Put a responsible person on the job and a name on each stage. Everyone is told what is theirs.

  3. 3

    Work

The card travels with the work and is signed off by hand. Anyone with a phone can also tap Start and Done, add a photo or report a blocker.

  4. 4

    Track

Progress follows the stages. The dashboard and workshop board show what is moving, stuck or late.

  5. 5

    Complete

Close the job with its full history, files and a printable job card, ready for the customer file.

Built for the floor

Two taps from the welding bay

Nobody on the floor needs training. They see the stages assigned to them, tap Start when they begin and Done when they finish. If the plate has not arrived, they say so, and the person running the job knows before lunch.

  • Big buttons and readable text on any phone
  • Take a photo of the work and it lands on the job
  • Operators update only the stages given to them
  • Hand-over: the next person is told when their stage is ready
What you get

The right features, done properly

Printed job cards

One A4 page per job: stages with room to write dates, initials and signatures, completion and release sign-off, note lines and a QR code to the live job. Print one, or the whole day's work at once.

A live job card too

Number, customer, project, drawing and order references, quantity, due date, responsible person, files and every note, on one page on any screen.

Your stages, your order

Set up the stages your workshop uses and save common routes as workflows. Every job can still add, skip or reorder stages.

Workshop board

Every open job in the column of the stage it is at. Put it on the TV in the office and the bottleneck is obvious.

Progress you can trust

Calculated from the stages, weighted by planned hours when you give them. Every job says how its percentage was worked out.

Drawings and photos

PDFs, DWG and DXF drawings, certificates and site photos stay with the job, stored privately and never visible to another company.

A full history

Who started, finished, blocked or changed what, and when. Answer "when did that leave the paint shop?" without asking around.

Sensible roles

Owners, administrators, managers, supervisors and operators, each able to do what their job needs and nothing that it does not.

Your data, exportable

Export any filtered job list to CSV for costing, reporting or the monthly meeting. Print a project summary for the client.
