Every plan has every feature: printed job cards and batch printing, the workshop board and dashboard, configurable stages, files and photos on every job, full history, and PDF and CSV exports. Prices are in rand and are the full amount you pay.
Pricing questions
Who takes an office seat?
Owners, administrators, managers and supervisors: the people who create, plan, assign and close jobs. Operators, who see the work, tick off the stages assigned to them and add notes and photos, are free and unlimited on every plan.
How does the free trial work?
A new workspace gets 14 days of the Workshop plan with no card. Choose a plan any time during the trial; your first paid period starts when the trial ends, so you lose none of it.
What happens if we don't choose a plan?
The workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted: every job, card, file and history entry can still be viewed, printed and exported. Choose a plan and you carry on where you left off.
How do we pay?
By card through PayFast, monthly or yearly; renewals happen automatically. Enterprise customers can pay by EFT against an invoice.
Can we change plans?
Yes. Moving to a bigger plan applies straight away, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the current period. Moving to a smaller plan, or between monthly and annual billing, applies from your next renewal.
Can we cancel?
Any time, from Plan and billing. You keep everything you paid for until the end of the period. There is no cancellation fee.
We have more than one site. Does that work?
One person can belong to several workspaces and switch between them, so each site can run its own. For several sites under one agreement, talk to us about Enterprise.
