Terms of service
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of Fabricata Flow ("Flow"), provided by Fabricata ("we"). By creating a workspace or accepting an invitation you agree to them. If you create a workspace for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.
1. The service
Flow is a web application for tracking jobs, stages, assignments, files and history in fabrication and engineering businesses. We may improve and change it over time. If we remove something a workspace relies on, we will give reasonable notice.
2. Trial, plans and fees
A new workspace may use Flow free of charge for a 14-day trial; no payment details are needed for it. To keep working after the trial, a workspace owner chooses one of the plans on the pricing page. Prices are in South African rand and are the full amount charged.
Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, by card through PayFast, and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. An owner can cancel at any time from Plan and billing; the workspace keeps its plan until the end of the period already paid for, and no part-period refund is due. Moving to a larger plan takes effect at once and the difference for the rest of the period is charged then; moving to a smaller plan or another billing period takes effect at the next renewal.
If a trial or plan ends, or a renewal cannot be collected within seven days of its date, the workspace becomes read-only: its content can still be viewed, printed and exported, but not changed, until a plan is chosen. Nothing is deleted because a plan ended. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, which applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
Enterprise plans are agreed in writing and invoiced; where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
3. Accounts
Each person uses their own account and keeps their password to themselves. Workspace owners and administrators decide who has access and with which role, and are responsible for removing access that is no longer needed.
4. Your content
Everything a company puts into Flow remains that company's. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including customer information and drawings.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Flow to break the law, to store malicious files, to try to reach another company's data, to test its security without our written agreement, or to put an unreasonable load on it.
6. Availability
We work to keep Flow available and your data safe, and we run it on established infrastructure providers. Unless agreed in writing for an Enterprise plan, there is no service-level guarantee. Keep copies of documents you are legally required to hold; Flow's CSV and PDF exports exist for that.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Flow is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or production delays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
8. Ending use
You may stop using Flow at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend access that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
